Purchasing a handmade boot without trying it first can be nerve-racking, but we believe it doesn’t have to be! 

Nicks will return and exchange any quick ship, limited run, collaboration, classic or custom configuration boot in new condition, within 90-days from the day the order is marked as Shipped. We offer one exchange per order, and boots must be in brand new condition, not having been worn outside.

Exchange boots will be the same model as the original order. If you would like to exchange for a different model than your original order, you may mail the pair you received back to us, and we will issue a refund in store credit once they are received so you may reorder, and standard lead times will apply.

Ready To Ship boots are not eligible for exchanges, as we most often don't have another pair on the shelf ready to ship out, but you can return them unworn for store credit or a refund! 

Factory Seconds, mismate sizes, and boots with custom or hand-cut uppers, are all final sale.
