Can I use my custom orthotics/insoles with my Nicks?Updated a year ago

Unfortunately, we can not build our boots to accommodate your insoles or custom orthotics, nor can we guarantee your orthotics will work in out boots.  We do not build boots to accommodate medical needs.  Customers who have decided to use an insole have often found increasing by one width from their DIY Size Guide recommendation, provides their desired amount of room. Most customers do prefer the built-in arch support over their inserts after the boots are broken in though, so insoles may not be necessary.
