Can you rush my order? Can I pay for an expedited lead time?Updated a year ago

While we do recommend taking lead times into consideration when setting up your order if you need them by a specific date, we know things that may warrant needing your boots sooner than originally anticipated may come up. We do our best to accommodate rushes for customers who have an urgent need for their boots like firefighters and those who need them for work requirements. Please keep in mind that we do this on a case by case basis and rushing an order means someone else is having to wait a little bit longer. We don't charge for this, we just do our best to help out customers with urgent needs as we know your boots are important! If you do have an urgent need for your boots and need them rushed, please email in letting us know and we will get your boots started as soon as we can! Once they are started they take about two weeks to ship out. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are happy to help!
