If there was a sizing or quality issue, please let us know if you would rather pursue an exchange and we would be glad to assist you with that process! We accept returns up to 90-days after the order was marked as Shipped.

When returning for a refund, you can mail the boots to the address below using your carrier of choice. Please include the original order number in the box to ensure accurate processing. A refund will be processed within 5 business days of the boots being delivered to our facility. 

*Please note, when returning for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and Nicks is not able to issue return labels and deduct the cost from the refund amount. Some Build Your Own models have a $50 non refundable deposit as stated on the product.
**Shipping Charges from the original order are non-refundable once an order is marked as Shipped.
