How Do I Start An Exchange?Updated a year ago
Nicks will return and exchange any quick ship, classic or custom configuration boot in new condition, within 90-days from the day the order is marked as Shipped. We offer one exchange per boot per order, and boots must be in brand new condition, not having been worn outside. Exchange boots will be the same model as the original order. Please email us for assistance in getting an exchange order started.
If you would like to exchange for a different model than your original order, you may mail the pair you received back to us, and we will issue a refund* in store credit once they are received so you may reorder another model, and applicable lead times may apply.
*When returning for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
**Shipping Charges from the original order are non-refundable once an order is marked as Shipped.
