We are able to add extra stacks of leather into the heels of our boots for medical needs! We just ask that you send us a doctors note detailing exactly the type of lift needed, how much lift, and to which boot. Once you have that information, place the order for the boot you want online, then send us the order number and doctors note, we will make sure the finalized order has the request for you!

While our boots generally fit better than most mass produced boots due to their all leather construction and our wider variety of sizes, we aren't able to offer boots to meet medical needs or that accommodate orthotics. Some customers have found that they don't need orthotics in our boots, though that isn't something we can guarantee. For boots built to accommodate medical needs, we recommend reaching out to an orthotic footwear company directly for assistance.
