We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items;

• Returns received after 90 days of the original shipment date
• Returns received in damaged/worn condition
• Factory Seconds boots
• Original shipping charges & fees after an order is marked as shipped
• Final Sale or Close Out items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
• Mismate size boots
• Boots with custom upper adjustments or hand cut patterns
• Boots destroyed or damaged, or with general signs of wear and tear.
