US Sizing OptionsUpdated a year ago
The first and easiest is our DIY At Home size guide! Just print out both pages of the guide, and the instructions for a better idea of what size to order!
The second option is going to a store like Famous Footwear or Khols, somewhere that sells shoes, and use their Brannock device. We are generally a half size shorter than your longest heel to toe Brannock Measurement, so if you are an 11 on a Brannock, you would order a 10.5 in Nicks. The width measurement on Brannock can differ from ours, so we typically recommend using the instruction page linked above to best calculate the needed width.
Additionally, we have many great dealers across the country who can help you with sizing and placing an order. You can find a list of our dealers on this page if you prefer to be fit in person.
We can definitely fit you in our store as well, we are located at 6510 E. Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA, 99212. Keep in mind that we don't build boots to custom or specific measurements. The in-store process is very similar to that of the DIY Fitting Process, and in terms of quality of fit, we have not found any difference in the end result between in store and remote fittings. If you still wish to stop by, we ask that you let us know when you plan to be by so we can contact you in the event of an unexpected closure. We are do not reimburse travel expenses. Fittings take about 30-45 minutes and you should wear the socks you plan on wearing with the boots!
Rest assured, we offer our Buy With Confidence program with every boot order*, so if you are unhappy with the fit of the boots you ordered and they are still in new condition, we can exchange them for another size regardless of the fitting method!
*Ready To Ship, nor Factory Seconds boots are eligible to be exchanged. Please see our Buy With Confidence Program article for more information.
