What Is Your Craftsmanship Warranty?Updated a year ago

All Nicks Handmade Boots are made by human hands.  This means that you can expect slight cosmetic imperfections consistent with a handmade process.

These include, but are not limited to, slight variances in: 

• Eyelet spacing
• Boot shaft height (L vs R)
• Toe-box shape
• Sewing lines
• Sewing "back-stitches" (where the bootmaker had to go over a stitch to reinforce it).
• Squeaking
• Midsole trimming
• Outsole placement
• Outsole stitching
• Cosmetic appearance (leather texture such as scars or stretch marks on the hide, color, minor oil stains from the stitching machine)
• Heel height (L vs R)

We do not warranty boots damaged by fire, natural elements, chemicals or wear.  An assessment of the repair will be made by inspection and the responsible party determined. Nicks will repair any boot, that by inspection, is a result of material or workmanship flaws within 12 months from the date of shipment.
