What To Do If You Believe Your Order Is Lost or Stolen.Updated a year ago

Due to the size and weight of packages, orders may take longer than average to arrive. For US customers, we ask that you please allow up to 21 days from the date the order is marked as shipped to file a missing mail claim with the carriers. 

For international customers, due to shipment processing, customs clearance, and distance, we ask that you please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive before filing a missing mail claim.

If your order was shipped USPS, please file a lost package claim here.
If your order was shipped UPS, please file a lost package claim here.

Once the claim is closed, if they were unable to locate the package, please let us know and we will either get an identical replacement order started under a rush, or refund you to store credit.

*Please note, lost packages are not eligible to be refunded to any method other than store credit. 
** Orders shipped to a freight forwarding company are not eligible to be replaced or refunded.
