Making Changes To An Existing OrderUpdated a year ago
Unfortunately we are not able to change models in our current system, however if there is a change you would like to make to your order such as size, leather, or one of the other selectable options from the model you ordered, please submit a request through the Contact Form. Include your order number, and the change you would like made, and our team will gladly assist you with that.
If you want to change models, we recommend cancelling the order to be refunded to store credit, and then applying the credit towards the model you were wanting instead. Please keep in mind that we are not able to backdate orders in our systems, so the lead time may be reset.

*Changes made after an order was placed will not show up on an online customer account, but the bill of materials that is issued to production gets updated directly.
