Understanding Your Order StatusUpdated a year ago

Generally for boot orders you will receive three to five order status emails;

Processing - up to 1 week - the order has been placed and received.
Needs to be printed - up to 1 week - a remote worker has finalized the Bill of Materials for your order, the in store team will get it printed and filed.
Order Has Been Finalized and Waiting To Be Started - 4 to 35 weeks (depending on model) - your order has been finalized, printed, and organized into the correct queue for the models applicable lead time. You can see all of our Lead Time details on this page!
Order Has Been Started - 2 to 5 weeks - let the anticipation begin, your boots are being hand crafted!
Complete - Everyones favorite status, your boots are finished and in route to you! You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available. 

Other statuses may be utilized such as Pending Customer Approval, Material Delay, or Ready For Pick-up, and an email explaining the status will be sent to you.
